Gregory is a seasoned real estate professional with over twenty years of experience in the industry. While attending the University of Central Florida pursuing a B.A. in political science, he simultaneously worked toward his FL RE Sales License. Since completing his undergrad and initial licensure, he has aggressively pursued all aspects of real estate in preparation for the fateful day of opening Terra Excelsior.

Greg's journey thus far includes leasing, property management, residential, wholesaling, vacation ownership, and builder/developer sales. His philosophy is that adaptation, embracing new technology, and a multifaceted understanding of real estate creates unique opportunities regardless of market conditions.
